Great staff and drinks. The milk teas and boba are good. You can adjust the sweetness level and ice level. There's not too much seating (about 10-15 seats), but it's an enjoyable to hangout with a drink and chat. Usually has feel good music playing. Restrooms are clean. Plenty of free parking. Located near the I-355 Boughton Rd exit. No food here, but there's a Crumbl cookies and Five Guys in the same strip/plaza. Also a Panda Express and Buffalo Wild Wings nearby.

This place is amazing! Me and my cousins come here everytime they visit, and they've never disappointed. Every visit means trying a new drink combination, and there hasn't been a single one I didn't love. They have a variety of drink types and additions for fairly cheap, and they almost always have seasonal combinations as well! The staff are friendly and very willing to help and answer any questions you may have :) I always recommend this place to anyone looking to try good milk or fruit tea! (Pictures are the same drink before and after being shaken)

Good bubble tea, tasty pearls, lovely ambience, and sweet service. Good wi-fi, lots of space to work, visit, or enjoy some solitude with a beverage. - ordered M2 (bmilk tea) with pearls.

We visited Vannie’s House yesterday and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is cozy, the interior is pleasant, and most importantly, the drinks are incredibly delicious. The boba tea is simply amazing — a wide variety of flavors, great quality, and everything is made with care. The coffee is excellent too: aromatic, strong, and rich in flavor. The staff is polite and friendly, helped us choose and served us quickly. It’s especially nice that you can not only enjoy great drinks here but also relax, hang out with friends, or get some work done. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates quality drinks and great service.
